At first glance, a fitness center franchise, the superintendent for an ultra luxury home, and an auto body collision shop have nothing in common, but they share a common denominator; they are projects that have been a part of Trent's work experience. Trent graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Construction Management. Currently, he is licensed in Arizona with an AZ KB-2 for General Contracting, as an AZ Real Estate Broker, and is currently enrolled as a LEED Green Associate. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Project Manager for a national General Contracting firm, as the owner of his own General Contracting business, and as a Real Estate Broker and Brokerage Owner - a bit of a jump away from his days as a Commercial Plumber! When asked about what drives his work, Trent believes that it is important to “deliver results, be accountable, and to understand that [his] role is never to make someone else's role harder. Confidence not arrogance, listen first, and that kindness is not weakness.” As such, he is most ‘in his element,’ when he is jumping into a project head-first and actively problem solving. Music that can be heard on his playlist right now includes “Dial Drunk” by Noah Khan, “Cheap Thrills” by Sai w/ Sean Paul, and “Lose Control” by Timmy Swims.
