Desert Financial Credit Union wanted to extend their member reach by bringing a branch right to where they shop. With several traditional DFCU branch transformations already under our belt, the Element team was well-equipped to help the credit union make the most of a smaller footprint, without sacrificing the member experience and overall look and feel.
These in-store branches have had an immediate impact on member interactions and the ability for Desert Financial to reach prospective members. The large video wall is constantly promoting the latest offerings and deals, while the warm and inviting space welcomes members and potential members as they enter the store. The branches feature digital signage, touch screen technology, teller pods, ATM solutions, a friendly member services area, and private offices that can be used as meeting space.
