The Element Group Celebrates the One Year Appointment of Marc Healy as Executive Director of retail & Marketing

Portsmouth, New Hampshire—The Element Group is celebrating the one-year anniversary of Marc Healy joining the Company as Executive Director of Retail and Marketing.

Before joining Element, Healy served as the Assistant Vice President of Retail Sales and Branch Operations at Desert Financial Credit Union and was responsible for a 30-branch network. Prior to DFCU, he held leadership roles in Retail/Branch Sales, Call Center, Product & Channel Management and Operations at credit unions and banks within the Seattle, WA and Phoenix, AZ markets. Marc has over 31 years’ experience in banking with 29 of those years in leadership roles at credit unions and banks ranging in asset size from $5 billion to $85 billion.

Healy is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle and Element’s marketing strategies. He leads a team of account executives and marketing personnel.
