The Challenge

Desert Financial Credit Union wanted to extend their member reach through digital experiences and by bringing the branch right to where they shop. The Element Group has helped transform their traditional locations into technology driven branches of the future and knew that we could deliver the same experience in a much smaller footprint. The primary goal for these in-store branches is to provide convenience to their current members while getting in front of prospective members every day with engaging digital displays.

Every Bit Matters

These in-store branches have had an immediate impact on member interactions and the ability for Desert Financial to reach prospective members. The large video wall is constantly promoting the latest offerings and deals while the space is warm and inviting to members. The branches feature ATM solutions, a friendly member services area and private offices that can be used as meeting space.

After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Finance, Marc proceeded to leap right into leadership positions. His career now spans over 35 years, with experience in marketing, sales, and finance.
