Marc Healy

Often greeted by the team as “Mr. HEALY!,” with all suitable pomp, Marc is known to be a positive force of nature in the office. After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Finance, Marc proceeded to leap right into leadership positions. His career now spans over 35 years, with experience in marketing, sales, and finance. Here are some of the roles Marc held before landing at Element:

• Assistant vice president of retail sales and branch operations at Desert Financial Credit Union
• Director of member solutions at Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU)
• Vice president and manager at KeyBank
• Item processing and cash management specialist at Pacific First Bank

When he is not creating and encouraging teamwork at Element, Marc loves cruising the South Caribbean. He is in his “element” when involved with a group of individuals who are focused on one goal, learn from each other, and have the drive and passion needed for maximum productivity and, ultimately, success.
